FAIST Precision Technology (Suzhou) Ltd is a European holding company that in 2004 established a solely owned company in Suzhou New District. The factories production machinery produced water that was contaminated with oil, which needed to be treated for reuse. In order to treat the contaminated water, our company installed an ultra filtration system. The system purified water for reuse, and operated effectively with no problems. The ultra filtration system makes use of imported hollow-fiber membranes with a pore size capable of filtering particles with a molecular weight of 80,000. The ultra filtration system can efficiently remove the oil, which will allow the water quality to meet the level required for reuse.
Our ultra filtration water treatment system possesses the following strong points:
-high efficiency of removing oil, oil removal >95%
-The concentration of oil is very low, only 1/20 to 1/30 of final solution.
-There is no need to add reagents.
-It will not produce mud, the remaining concentration of oil can be recycled or combusted.?
-The equipment and operational cost are low, it is especially suitable for treatment of contaminated water that contains less than a few thousand PPM of oil.
